Brett and Debra have a love and passion for adventure and had a dream of running a distillery. In November 2021 they opened Puss & Mew, a boutique Gin Distillery located in Nunawading.
They create beautiful bespoke craft gins onsite through a method of vapour infusion, created through the distilling processes. Their Gins have been awarded multiple awards and medals in the USA, London and in Australia. In 2023 they were crowned Victorian Distillerof the Year, and achievement that they are very proud of.
Who are they for?
The business has been carefully thought through to create a warm, inviting space for people to visit, escape and enjoy, To Deb & Brett it is all about the experience. They have deliberately set up their venue to showcase botanicals and alembic stills, which is what they use in their gin making masterclasses, a one of a kind experience where participants are guided to make their own bottle of gin.
They will also be introducing whisky making classes in the coming months which they are very excited about.
